EMORY CLINICS UPDATE
As the new AAC Emory Coordinator, I must thank Allison Miller for her support and attention to detail in my first attempt as coordinator. Thanks to Cheryl D'Amato, Andrea Allegrone and Allison Miller for assisting with Monday’s Changeout
The art displayed 4/16/10 – 7/12/10 has been returned to the AAC and is ready for pickup. Please do so at your earliest convenience .
The next change out will be Monday October 11, 2010, please review some of your work that may be displayed and sold.
GOOD NEWS : Allison and I met with the Individual responsible for Emory’s participation and they have agreed to circulate an employee announcement that art exist for sale in three locations.
Several other suggestions resulting from our meeting will be presented by them to their Management that if allowed - will result in additional exposure.

Your art will hang for 3 months in three very busy medical clinics. Art has sold from the exhibits so don't miss out! AAC will rotate art out of 3 clinics this year 4 times. These are not juried exhibits, but artwork must be appropriate for a hospital setting. AAC framing specifications must also be followed. This year we are expanding and adding art in Building A on the 3rd floor which is a very busy waiting area with public access. Bring art for Emory during the next gallery submission. We need a total of 40 pieces!
When submitting your art to AAC for Emory please bring it to the Grandview Gallery and place it in the first bin to the right as you enter the back room from the gallery. Sign in your pieces on the clipboard located at the gallery desk just as you do for gallery shows.
Volunteering is fun and the more hands we have the faster the installation!
