It is never too soon to start thinking about our 5th Annual "National View at Grandview," the AAC's National Juried Exhibition. Show dates - will be Tuesday, August 26 - Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Opening Reception on Saturday September 6, 2008 (6-8 PM)
 

Deadline for slides - to be postmarked by Saturday, June 14, 2008.

 

Juror
Paula J. Katz is the Assistant Curator of Art at The Columbus Museum, Columbus, GA, where she oversees the museum’s contemporary art program. She previously worked at the Hyde Park Art Center in Chicago, Illinois and curated independently. She graduated from Tulane University with a B.A. in Art History and completed her master’s degree in History of Art and Connoisseurship in Modern and Contemporary Art and Design at Christie’s Education, London through the University of Glasgow where she specialized in photography and video. Ms. Katz has curated a number of exhibitions in a variety of media in Chicago and the Southeast.

Many thanks to the 142 artists from 28 states who participated in our 4th annual AAC National Art Exhibition. There were a total of 363 entries and Dr. Graham Boettcher selected 65 pieces from 46 artists. Congratulations!
